Cleaning and maintenance

After cooking, clean the steel plate while it is still warm but no longer excessively hot.

Remove food residue and grease, then dry the cooking surface thoroughly. Once clean and dry, apply a thin layer of oil to the steel plate to help protect it against corrosion.

For longer periods without use, keep the grill clean, dry and protected from the weather.
