Spacious 5 mm steel cooking plate

The smooth steel cooking plate supports direct preparation of meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, eggs, pancakes and side dishes.

Unlike an open cooking grate, the solid surface keeps smaller ingredients and cooking juices on the plate. As a result, you can prepare a wider range of food without losing ingredients through the cooking surface.

The P850 PRO uses a 5 mm thick steel plate. The additional thickness helps the plate retain heat when you add larger amounts of cold food. Consequently, the cooking temperature remains more stable during demanding or frequent use.

Oil container for easier cleaning

Excess oil and cooking grease flow towards the included 0.25 L container. A stainless-steel holder keeps the container securely positioned during use.

After cooking, you can remove, empty and clean the container separately. This practical system keeps the area around the grill more organised and makes regular maintenance easier.

Cleaning and maintenance

After cooking, clean the plate while it remains warm but no longer feels excessively hot. First, remove food residue and excess grease. Then empty the oil container and dry the steel cooking surface completely.

Finally, apply a thin layer of oil to the clean and dry plate. This important step protects the steel and helps reduce the risk of corrosion.

For longer periods without use, store the grill in a dry and protected location.
