Cleaning and maintenance

After cooking, clean the steel plate while it is still warm but no longer excessively hot.

Remove food residue and excess grease, then dry the cooking surface thoroughly.

After cleaning, apply a thin layer of oil to the clean and dry steel plate. This helps protect the cooking surface and reduces the risk of corrosion.

For longer periods without use, keep the grill in a dry and protected location.
